MECHANICAL FITTER
We are currently seeking an experienced trade qualified hands on Mechanical Fitter to join out team in Coburg.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Applicant will be required to perform repairs and maintenance of electric motors, gear boxes etc…
Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and assemble motors, diagnose faults, replace bearings, seals, gears etc…
Ensure that the quality of all repairs and rebuilds completed conforms to the required specifications and to the company’s quality systems.
Ability to work in a team environment and to support others, as well as work solo.
High level of housekeeping to ensure that the workshop is maintained in a clean and safe state
The successful candidate will need to have:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical experience considered an advantage, but not essential.
• High work ethics, reliable and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, to agreed time frames
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
An attractive hourly rate and long-term opportunities are on offer for the successful candidate.
